About Us
OUR HISTORY

Founded in 1969 by Eugene G. Wach, EGW started as a technical temporary employment agency providing engineers, designers, and draftsmen to WNY manufacturing and engineering firms. Shortly thereafter his wife Nancy joined the company as his first employee and EGW officially became a family business. Gene built EGW on a solid foundation of Honesty, Integrity, and Knowledge.
Joined in later years first by his son Tom and later by his other three sons, the Wach family developed their recruiting and staffing firm through dedication to Gene’s original values.
TODAY
After over 50 years of providing hiring and employment solutions to their clients, EGW understands that employers want flexibility. Recruiting and employing workers is expensive, and more than what most businesses need.
By separating recruiting and employment services, EGW can custom tailor solutions without long term contracts and expense.
